We are beyond excited to share with all of you that we have been working on a partnership with Chef Ryan Smith for a midwestern focused smoked meats concept called Slow Hand Craft BBQ. Slow Hand will be located directly above Pour Bros. With Billboard singling them out as one of “10 Awesome Bands” playing the massive Coachella fest this year, LA-based MAGIC GIANT has been thrilling growing crowds at every stop along its 70-city North American and European tour, celebrating the release of its debut album In The Wind (Washington Square/Concord).

"It’s impossible not to get carried away with their wave of joy in person, though the sound is equally transformative. The music of Magic Giant is perfect festival fodder — chill, emotionally engaging, and catchy as folk. The “rootsy-folk meets anthemic indie” angle is one that will appeal to fans of The Lumineers and Mumford & Sons. Lots of chirpy tunage and “Woah-oh-oh” sing-alongs."

Prior to founding Magic Giant, frontman Austin Bisnow notched credits writing for David Guetta, Steve Aoki and Nickelodeon boy band Big Time Rush. His ear for creating upbeat infectiousness and four-on-the-floor rhythms is still present, but now a wealth of folk instrumentation sets the tone.

We are ecstatic about this year's lineup...and a few very cool new undertakings surrounding the series.

And we are especially looking forward to enjoying all of this incredible music with you under the stars this summer.

Every Saturday. Late spring through early fall. Outside in the courtyard under the stars. Your favorite beverage in hand, favorite people surrounding you, and pure talent gracing us all on the stage.

When our dream became a fast success in Peoria Heights, we began looking around for a potential second location and found out quickly that this task would not be easy.

We discovered through trial and error that the number one asset we were looking for was a close-knit community. Most towns have cool buildings with plenty of people and plenty of beer. However, a community that respects its local history and at once embraces culture, arts and small town values is where people like us seek out lifelong relationships.

We found this in Peoria Heights.

And it didn't take long to decide on our new addition once we set our focus on a community we respected just as much as our first-born...

Oh hey there, Champaign.

Pour Bros. knew Champaign would be our second home the minute we arrived. 

We believe a business like ours can thrive in a community with a beating heart like Champaign-Urbana. We were beyond impressed with its small town business charm in the midst of a thriving downtown (a combination that is very hard to achieve and maintain). Take this and add a bustling state university that becomes a melting pot of new ideas and culture, and...YES.

We have deep roots in this town. And we're ecstatic to come home to this amazing community.

P.S. We love food...we just don't want to make it. We hope you will follow along as we establish new partnerships with local restaurants and food trucks in building our new home in beautiful Champaign.

Welcome to the self pouring revolution…a world in which you can pour your own beer by the ounce! Never wait for a bartender again. Never buy a full pint of something you don't like. 

The world of craft beer should be about exploring new beers and deciding which deserve a full pint.

Congratulations. You are now a POURTENDER: a taste tester & bartender in one!

(Have no beer fear...our brew curators will be close by to help you with any pouring knowledge or help you may need along the way.)

Welcome to the taproom.

1. Arrive at Pour Bros. ready to have a great time.
2. Upon arrival, check in with a member of our staff to open a tab and get your pouring card.
3. Head to the pour wall…you will likely be greeted by a beer curator.
4. Tap the tablet screens above the taps to read the tasting notes for each brew. Find one that sounds great. Now you are ready to pour.

Ready…Aim…Pour

1. Pick your drinking vessel...We have tasters, snifters, and full pint glasses to choose from.
2. Scan your pouring card across the Pour Bros logo on the tablet of each beer you would like to pour.
3. Hold your glass near the tap and tilt your glass allowing the beer to softly cascade along the sidewall of the glass.
4. Grab the tap handle and pull it all the way towards you quickly.
5. Close the tap handle whenever you have the amount of beer you desire.
6. Taste and repeat sampling the full gamut of beers, wines, ciders, and meads.
7. At the end of your pouring session hand your pouring card to a member of our staff to check out. We will scan your card and tell you how many ounces you poured.
